Spring Equinox Gathering
Description:
We gather to celebrate the beginning of springtime in the northern hemisphere, giving praise and gratitude to the Earth who sustains us. Through fire ceremony, the practice of council, simple song, and collaborative Earth-altar making, we renew our connection to the Earth, to each other, and the other-than-human world.

Description:
During this weekend retreat, participants will feel the renewal possible through facilitated connection with the land, each other, and the more-than-human world. Through WTR practices, including the Truth Mandala and the Council of All Beings, the group re-members their belonging to a greater ecosystem, creatively metabolizing grief and expressing gratitude along the way.
This retreat form is part of a larger chaplaincy initiative by Alex Julie, Marga Laube, and Danielle Butler, a unique ritual form based on the Council of All Beings, offered publicly as a new ritual for our times.
